The great WWDB House Sale!
Yes folks, it appears the great WWDB mansion sale is well underway.    On the  heels of Ron Puryear's $20  million river house are the Foglio's cool $1.75 million crib in El Cajon, CA, the Carroll's modest $830,000 country French Estate  in Alpine, CA, and the Danzik's $1.2 million 7,444 sq. ft.  mountain house in Colorado.

Puryear's Rive house for sale only $20  million!  Taxes are just $155,000/year.

Howie and Theresa Danzik's  $1.2 million, 7,444 squar foot crib in Colorado is also for sale.

Now to keep things positive we will assume that all the WWDB diamonds are selling their houses so that they can upgrade into an even larger "crib", right?  Why else would anyone want to sell into one of the worst housing markets of all time, unless they were looking to upgrade.   We all know the Amway business is going gang busters so we have no reason to assume that any of these diamonds got in over their head in mortgage debt and that they might have to sell to to bring their finances back in line with reality.

It will be interesting to see their future "Profiles of Success" so we can see their even larger and more grandiose mansions than what they have now.   I can't wait!

"I noticed that the Foglio and Carrol homes have Sharon Custer as the realtor. She and her husband Doug were/are directs/platinums in Jimmy Head's biz, who is Foglio's sponsor.I guess the platinum biz needs to be supplemented by selling real estate."
