Your Independent business or Quixtar's business?

This note from from Randy Haugen is a great example of a double standard in Quixtar.  On one hand you are building an  independant busienss that you supposedly own, yet on the other hand Quixtar is claiming it owns the fruit of your labor....your downline.

If you have people in your group that have been solicited by Bruce or Brig  it would be a good idea for them to call the company and talk to them.  Let  me know if you have some that are willing to call on it. They should call  Sharon Grider 1-616-787-5797. If you have been solicited then you should  call also.

To Diamonds and above.  A couple of recent incidents required Quixtar to take action   through our Dispute Resolution Process to protect the Quixtar line of sponsorship. We want to provide you with the following information  as a reminder about the importance of the line of sponsorship. Should you  have any questions, please contact Quixtar Sales.

When you become an Independent Business Owner, you have your own reasons for pursuing a business of your own. You also soon realize that there are thousands of others who are building their own businesses, just like you. Some have been doing it for years and others for only a  few months. Some sell a few products to achieve a short-term goal. Others  want  to build a large business and so sell a lot of product and sponsor many IBOs to do the same. And some may start out with one goal and then change course along the way. Yet, no matter what you want out of your Quixtar   business, the line of sponsorship (LOS) is fundamental to your  achievement.

The Quixtar Rules of Conduct protect the LOS for the benefit of every IBO. That way, all IBOs can build their businesses without  fear that the investment they have made will be taken away by competitors  operating through other IBOs. For example, Rule 4.14 protects the LOS by  prohibiting other IBOs from soliciting your downline for opportunities that would divert their attention from their Quixtar businesses. Rule 6.5   prohibits IBOs from engaging in competing businesses not only while they  are IBOs but also for six months after they are no longer IBOs. And to  further protect your efforts and investment, Rule 6.5 prohibits former  IBOs, for two years after they have left the Quixtar business, from  raiding your organization and poaching IBOs from the LOS and destroying  the investment you and others have made in building your businesses.

Some competitors (including some affiliated with former Quixtar  IBOs) have tried to take over existing Quixtar organizations  instead of building their own. The only way they can succeed is by misusing  confidential information about the Quixtar line of sponsorship. Competitors who use this approach are not practicing free enterprise;   they are just seeking a quick and easy profit from the hard work of Quixtar IBOs. Should your business become the target of poaching by other opportunities trying to jump-start their businesses off the efforts and experience of Quixtar IBOs, we ask that you immediately report such poaching to Quixtar Sales. We are serious about protecting the LOS so that  IBOs can build their own businesses with confidence.

Quixtar is often copied but never duplicated. The plan, products, and infrastructure that support the Quixtar business opportunity  are unparalleled and are built on a foundation of performance and success more than four decades long. These elements, and our commitment to protecting the interests of all IBOs and the integrity of the LOS, make Quixtar unique  and uniquely different  from the competition.
