and their hired guns at JAMS are once again after Bruce Anderson. After JAMS turned
a $301,000 judgement Anderson won in a Florida
court into a $729,000 judgement Anderson, Quixtar and JAMS attempt to deny Anderson the
right to earn a living by operating in a one product MLM that sells a product for which
Quixtar has no competing product. It seems Quixtar and JAMS are very much determined to keep Anderson in the poor house now with a second arbitration case against Anderson. Hal Gooch with the help of Quixtar and JAMS brought Anderson into mandatory arbitration, after Anderson won a $301,000 public court judgement in Florida against Gooch. The JAMS private court judge, trained and coached by Quixtar, overturned the Florida public court verdict, that took years to win, in closed proceedings in just a few hours. As a result Anderson's Emerald Quixtar business and airplane were seized and both were sold to pay part of the bogus JAMS judgement. Anderson ended up paying the rest in cash to get them off his back. Now after Anderson is essentially kicked out of the business with the help of Quixtar and their hired guns, JAMS, Anderson is being persecuted once again for trying to make a living in another MLM. Even though Quixtar was instrumental of stripping Anderson of his Emerald Quixtar business, they now believe he has no right to earn a living in the MLM industry. Interesting is that Quixtar is using "take it or leave it rules" to persecute Anderson. Over time Quixtar ads and changes rules that are more and more restrictive to their distributors.
