Quixtar Approves Stacking? |
|
According to this document
Stacking is the "new" strategy in Quixtar, but it was also tried in the mid 1980's and died out due to its lack of profitability. The document clearly shows the upline placing their contacts directly underneath someone in their downline. Quixtar had previously frowned upon placing people below others whom they did not know before the business. Support team building |

Support team building is a corporate approved strategy to building your business. It allows, through mutual understanding of the new IBO and the sponsoring IBO, where it is best to be registered in order to maximize:1. Belief: Support Team Building Begins with Two things: 1. List Categorizing: the creation of a names list that is broken down into categories like; friends, work, neighbors, church, school, etc.2. Powerline Building. The powerline is a designated line of registration that everyone in that LOR starts their first leg. It is also referred to as the apprentice leg for newly registered IBOs.The Growth of a Powerline is Dependent on: 1. Rotation of the Registration Cycle with each and every new IBO. The Registration Cycle contains the necessary steps to start a new business owner. While all the steps are mandatory, they do not have to be executed in any particular order. For example, its possible that you may show a plan for a new IBO before theyve made a list.2. A Growing List of names. Each newly registered IBO is encouraged to add 5 names to the names list category (if they were part of a school category list, they should add 5 others to the school list). If they were placed in the powerline through Support Team Building, they must start a new category of at least 5 names.3. Team Captains emerge as the powerline develops. Initially YOU are the team captain for everything: communication, product volume, list building, etc. As the powerline grows, IBOs with particular strengths and commitment can become team captains. Typical team captains would be IBOs designated to: Product Volume, Email/IBOCs communication, Names List, SAM, BSM Captain, etc.4. Open Meetings (Team House Meetings) : Association at the Open meeting and team house meetings are the backbone to Support Team Building. Since we are building a community, get them around the community!5. The Team Huddle : A conference call or live meeting where the team leaders (plan showers) agree mutually to contact new prospects and show plans for the growth of the powerline. |
