Quixtar Plans Accreditation Program for
Line of Affiliation Training Programs

A new site has popped on the Web from Quixtar called Quixtar Accreditation.

To date their is only one accredited program by a new group called eFinity.

Interesting to note is that an accredited program needs to have a compensation plan that is transparent, written, and contractual.   Most LOA's do not have a formal contract between the parties.  The lack of a contract has caused many problems in the past.  Distributors falling out of grace with their upline could have their tools income cut or taken away.   .

Here are some items from the IBO Communications Platform pdf_icon.gif (914 bytes) that I find interesting (I bolded some portions):

A business setting/communication is not an appropriate environment for preaching religious doctrine, political causes, or other issues of such a personal nature.

When sharing his personal story during a business meeting, a speaker may make reference to the importance of his religious belief in building his business. However, the comments should be brief, and the speaker must explain that such comments are his personal belief.

Prospects and IBOs must be clear about the roles of Quixtar, IBOs, LOSs/LOAs, and the IBOAI.

IBOs must not imply or communicate to Prospects and IBOs the following kinds of statements, which are misleading and inaccurate, “There are more millionaires in this business than any other.”

I also did not see any guidelines for tools refunds.  I assume the IBO still will have a hard time getting his money back for tools, even from accredited lines of affiliation.
