Amway Upset with Network 21's Letter |

Blog: A letter from Jim Dornan to his Network 21 sales organization about the UK situation has made its way online. Weve read the letter, too. And for the record, we do not stand by its assertions. In its complaint against Network 21, the DTI makes serious allegations about the way Network 21 represents the Amway business opportunity in the UK. It troubled us to read that complaint. It also troubled us to read, in a separate complaint filed against Amway, that the DTI feels we did not do enough to police the misrepresentations made by Network 21 and others. We do not agree with everything we read in the DTIs complaint about our company, and we do plan to defend ourselves vigorously. But we also saw clear signs that we need to take action, and that is why we are taking immediate action to reform the UK market. Action first. Not ducking, not dodging, not playing games of not me. Self-reflection, and then action. That is how we are approaching this matter. And that is how we expect others to act as well. The spin that Network 21 is putting on this situation is not productive |
