THE MAJORITY OF AMWAY/Quixtar
IBOs SUFFER FROM ED?

Yes its true! The majority of Amway/Quixtar distributors suffer from ED, otherwise known as Economic Dysfunction. The time of year is here again when distributors will be filing their tax returns and again reporting losses from their Amway/Quixtar products distribution business.

WHAT IS AMWAY/QUIXTAR ED?

A more precise term for "unprofitable business operations" is economic dysfunction--the inability of an IBO to erect a stable retail business volume and sustain a healthy business profit. While the business community commonly accepts the term, ED, many still refer to the condition as "reporting a loss". This condition was earlier termed "AIDS" - Amway Income Deficiency Syndrome. Now with the ability to combine Quixtar and Amway distributorships in one downline, the simpler and less specific term ED has been adopted.

Economic dysfunction or unprofitability is often a symptom of an underlying macro-economic condition, such as duplication of a poor business model or poor total overall sales per distributor. ED is not usually the fault of the individual IBO.   In most cases it is typically an inherited affliction from his upline family. It not only is a source of emotional distress and marital discord; it can also be an early predictor of lasting credit card debt.

Many Amway/Quixtar distributors are embarrassed or reluctant to speak to their uplines, as well as negative web site holders about how deep their economic dysfunction goes. Only 1 in 10 unprofitable distributors seeks treatment for his condition. This inability to discuss the condition candidly can contribute to under diagnosis.

STEPPING TOWARDS DIAGNOSIS TAKES COURAGE!

If you know or suspect you have economic dysfunction, remember:

  • You're not alone. Of American Amway/Quixtar distributors, it is estimated that less than 1% don't have some degree of economic dysfunction.
  • Most cases of economic dysfunction are associated with poor market conditions due to poor response by retail customers to the Amway brand of products, and the inability to stem the flow of quitting distributors. ED can be treated with increased retail sales, lower business overhead costs, or even a more competitive product offering.
  • Additionally, clinical studies of economic dysfunction show a high correlation with high AQMO system overhead costs, when measured relative to a distributor's personal sales. For instance; in a group of Amway men, when their personal sales are not at least four times their business overhead costs, then most will be diagnosed with ED.
  • There is no reason to give up a satisfying Amway/Quixtar social and family life when there's convenient solutions for the symptoms of economic dysfunction.

HOW IS AMWAY/QUIXTAR ED DIAGNOSED?

To evaluate economic dysfunction, your accountant will usually take a financial history and conduct a business audit to check for any underlying business and economic problems.

As part of your financial history, your accountant may ask you questions about:

  • Business expenses - Do the majority of your expenses contribute to showing potential consumers the value of your product line and educating them about the product benefits, or rather attending rah-rah motivational seminars and buying weekly cassette tapes, which carry the same old story line?
  • Educational expenses - Do much of your costs and time go to learning the product line and their benefits to consumers, or is the most of the time spent reading books to improve your self esteem to handle rejection by people who don't see a clear cut benefit from using the Amway product line?
  • Sales - Do your personal sales only come from your personal consumption or do you have a robust and growing retail business as well? Does your downline actively retail products and teach their downline to retail as well?
  • Market conditions - Is the market for your products growing overall, or are sales falling for other distributors as well? How is the growth in sales and distributor counts trending?

Examining previous tax returns is the surest and quickest way to recognize if your Amway/Quixtar business suffers from ED.

TREATING ED

Fortunately for you, your Amway/Quixtar leadership has recognized the widespread affliction of ED in Amway/Quixtar distributors and has introduced two brand new products to treat the symptoms.

ED is most easily treated by pumping up sales.  If each distributor were to increase his personal business volume to at least four times his overhead expenses, the Amway/Quixtar ED epidemic could be nearly wiped out.

Your leadership is proud to announce the NIAGRA® water treatment system and the new Magna-Bloxers® magnetic therapy shorts for men. These two awesome, mind blowing products will enable many distributors with ED (economic dysfunction) to respond better to poor business conditions by having a broader product line with higher rebate levels, to push on their downline for self-consumption and achieve maximal business expansion!

  • The new Amway NIAGRA® high PV water filtration system is a convenient, low maintenance new product that can improve a distributor's volume, and grow his business unit to sustain healthy profit growth, and avoid that "stinkin' thinkin'" that accompanies losing business propositions.  Diamond distributors have already recommend Niagra® 4 out of 5  times as an aid to those with ED.   More than any other treatment, NIAGRA® is the most widely used treatment for Amway/Quixtar ED.
  • Additionally, there are the new Amway Magna-Bloxers® therapeutic shorts, for Amway men with ED2 ®that special problem many older circle drawers face along with their profitability problems.

When all distributors get fired up and buy themselves a pair of Magna-Bloxers®, or a new NIAGRA® water treatment system, their business temporarily fills with enough volume to cause temporary profitability. These products only treat the symptoms of ED and not the root cause, that being low retail sales.   After these one-shot sales are over, the profitability droops back down to the normal and customary business losses.

There's no reason to give up on a potentially satisfying Amway/Quixtar social life just yet, when there's a convenient, temporary solution for the symptoms to economic dysfunction. To find out if NIAGRA® or the new Magna-Bloxers® are right for your business, ask your upline Diamond distributor. I'm sure they will say it will be good for your ED problem as well, as his business too.
