Well the "Quixtar battle" so to say has heated up on the internet. The Pro-Quixtar camp has "lowered the bar" in the information battle about the Amway Quixtar business, and is now taking an active interest in filling the internet with as much irrelevant Pro-Quixtar (Amway) information as possible, while at the same time discrediting and libeling their critics.

A blog is another name for a "Web Log". Since late July and August of 2004 dozens of "blogs" have been created by Quixtar diamonds and their downlines with the goal of "clogging the search engines with hits to their blogs". I guess this is the term called "google bombing". The next best thing short of suing your Quixtar critics is to bury them in meaningless and redundant hits in the search engines.

Many of the Pro-Quixtar blogs make use of keywords and terms from the "critical" sites. Billy Florence has a couple of blogs using the terms from my site such at "Amquix, and Quixtar Amway Business Analysis" for example. Amquix was a term I made up to describe the business when Amway morphed itself into Quixtar back in 2000. Once you got to these sites you find they are void of information and only contain links to other blogs.

Many major Lines-of-sponsorship are absent from the "Blog Wars". Noticeably missing are WWDB, Britt and the former Storms group. I'm sure they will add sites over time. The big participants currently are Fred Harteis, Jody Victor, Chuck Goetschel and Billy Florence. The proliferation of the Blogs is in part due to the free hosting and the easy to use blog authoring tools. Here are some of the "pro-Quixtar" sites I found in just a few minutes.

The critics of Quixtar have also not been idle. Numerous former IBOs have been busy building their own sites.

 One Blog, whose author definitely has a real axe to grind with Eric Janssen, Bo Short, and myself is "Qrush". At the beginning he focused on bashing Bo Short and Passport. I got a note at the end of August from a site visitor that Qrush had finally turned his wrath on me.

Qrush is the self-proclaimed "Rush Limbaugh" of the Internet fighting for and "Q..rushing" the Quixtar-critics.

Hoping to teach the Quixtar-critics a lesson in "quid pro quo", Qrush has launched his own "fact finding" website to discredit the Quixtar-critics. Qrush notes on his page that he is very upset about the documented facts of various Quixtar Diamonds available on my "Amway Hall of Shame" webpage. It seems the straw that broke Qrush's back was not the numerous newspaper and court documented articles on Diamonds and Emeralds fleecing their downline in phony investment schemes, but rather the posting of the public court documents from Dean Kosage's divorce. Qrush thought it was just plain unfair to print the reasons for the divorce (abuse and domestic violence), which were all available in public documents.

Now Qrush is retaliating by taking e-mail (?) from anonymous sources (probably just plain making it up), which discredit his three primary targets. Qrush publishes his rumors as if they were newspaper and court documented facts like those on the "Amway Hall of Shame" webpage. I contacted Qrush after this page went up and informed him that the material in this article was false. He refused to take it down and said I needed to "prove" that it was false before he would retract it! I even asked him to send me the supposed E-mails. After all, if what he wrote was true I would know the person making these wild claims about my character and he would not be exposing his source at all. Of course Qrush could not handle that bit of logic. He will still not send me the evidence of my supposed strange behavior. He will not take down the false information on his site, even though he knows it is not true.

Some people might believe my "Hall of Shame Page" is distasteful. That is ok. You can't please all the people all the time. But what Qrush cannot accuse me of is having false and inaccurate information on the page. Unlike, Qrush I show my sources documentation such as court documents, newspaper articles, or photos. Unlike my request to Qrush, none of the Diamonds and Emeralds highlighted on my site have ever e-mailed me asking me to remove anything I've written saying that it false! If I did receive such an e-mail, from the person in question, about anything undocumented I would remove it. In fact no prominent IBO featured on my site has ever written me to remove stuff for which I had the documentation, besides those implying copyright infringement of course, for which there is legal fair use.

After the Dateline expose, Bo Short was right when he said the Quixtar people would start to attack the messenger since they cannot debate the facts brought out in the show and on my website.

So what does all this have to do with Billy Florence, one time IBOA board member and upline to the group I was in? Well Billy Florence has endorsed Qrush and his wild ranting! On Qrush's website there is the following from Billy Florence's webmaster.

The whole proliferation of Blogs about Quixtar has really turned in to a "Blog War" so to say. I was never a Star Trek (the new series anyway) fan but it reminds me the Borg from Star Trek. Maybe I will do a new parody on that! Not only is there Qrush's Blog for "Critics of the Quixtar Critics", but now there is a the Qrush(ed) blog for the "Critics of the Critics of the Quixtar Critics". Qrush(ed), really likes to use the "f" word when doing battle with Qrush so beware. Qrush(ed) throws back Qrush's rhetoric and hyperbole and turns the heat up one more notch. Both sites are not for the faint of heart and both are humorous, if you can handle the language, and take them with a grain of salt.

At first I was taken back by the undocumented lies Qrush published about me. Looking at it from another angle however, if this is the best they can do to rebuttal the arguments and information on my site, I must be sitting in a pretty good position.

When you do research on Quixtar, is Scott Larsen the source someone should use? Scott Larsen, Qrush does not hate you, I feel sorry for you, please seek help like your former boyfriend has. Your former boyfriend has turned his life around through counseling and grace and you can too. Qrush will provide enough details on this relationship, where Scott Larsen will know

The only question left is why would Bo Short team up with this sad human being known as Scott Larsen? Qrush will give more details of Scott Larsen's personal life, as I believe they convey clearly the demented mind of a commie sadomasochist pinko sicko. Bo Short ought to be ashamed of himself for his involvement in the "Unholy Trinity" of Eric Janssen, Scott Larsen, and Bo Short. Bo Short a few bucks with Passport cannot be worth the remaining vestige of humanity you have left. (Remember you are raising a daughter Bo) Qrush is working on a big Dateline segment, so stay tuned as I analyze the show and obliterate the pathetic liberal leftist propaganda.
