How does WWDB respond to "Is it Amway?"

If they ask, "Is this Amway?" at any time, tell them "No. As a matter of fact my understanding is that Amway no longer has operations in North America" 

This Direct_approach.pdf file was sent to me by a World Wide Dream Builders Direct Distributor. The file was available on the WWDB Web site as well. Other site visitors have recently claimed that "Amway was not available" any more in North America. To find out the truth about such comments I asked Quixtar Distributor relations about it:

Answer: "North American IBOs can designate Quixtar or Amway as their primary business. However, Quixtar will be the company that services all IBOs whether they are affiliated with the Amway or Quixtar opportunity. Quixtar became the official corporate entity for our North American business in October. While Quixtar has been a separate company since its launch, this change officially consolidated all Quixtar and Amway North American business under one company. It is important to understand that Quixtar Inc. will support both of our North American business-opportunity brands, so Quixtar employees are working with both Quixtar and Amway IBOs. Companies outside of the North American business region were not affected by this change JHF."

No doubt that Quixtar has now consolidated all the Amway North American sales, it will boast of huge sales increases. It is only a "slight of hand accounting trick" as the remaining Amway IBO's sales now get counted as sales for Quixtar, which will be touted as the most successful WEB launch in history, when in fact they just changed the Amway name to Quixtar. IBO Contracts


All IBO contracts assigned to Quixtar in North America.

The Quixtar business opportunity displayed phenomenal growth in its first year of operation. With an overwhelming majority of registrations, renewals and product volume moving through the Quixtar channel, it quickly became our dominant business opportunity in North America.

Because of Quixtar's success and as part of the recent company reorganization, Quixtar Inc. and Quixtar Canada Corporation were designated the official corporate entities for our North American business opportunities.

Consolidating North American resources under our primary opportunity provides a clear and distinct business focus, streamlines operations and reduces duplication. However, note that Quixtar Inc. and Quixtar Canada Corporation will also continue to support Quixtar's sister opportunity in North America, Amway. While North American IBOs may elect to designate Amway as their business affiliation, Quixtar will be the company that services all IBOs regardless of their choice.

From a legal standpoint, consolidating North American resources requires the transfer of all North American Amway-affiliated IBO contracts to Quixtar. This process has been completed internally‹the IBO doesn't need to do anything.
€ IBOs having an existing contractual relationship with Amway in the U.S. are now contracted with Quixtar Inc., effective
November 1, 2000.
€ IBOs having an existing contractual relationship with Amway Canada are now contracted with Quixtar Canada Corporation,
effective January 1, 2001.
