Amway UK confirms its prices were outrageous

Here are some of the the NEW prices in the UK sent to me by a site visitor.   Assuming these prices are correct, then Amway has dropped its pants and is showing the outrageous profit margins it was able to obtain at exploiting the self consuming distributors. 

There is a 70% price reduction on average on the products listed below.  The product selection is pretty narrow and focuses on hand soaps and personal care products.   I will try to get the before and after prices for other core line products such as SA-8, Double X and Artistry products.  I would doubt their flagship lines have had as significant of price cuts.  It could be the products below were poor sellers to start with, and to show the court they were "changing their ways" they offered these products as their token scarifies to say they have "reduced prices".   It is interesting to see that the many of these products are now more expensive at Quixtar than in the UK despite the 17.5% Value Added Tax in the UK.  Maybe the US distributors should ask Amway/Quixtar for better prices as well.  The quixtar prices are from the Quixtar website for customers not having a login for the Quixtar website.
