Quixt -Worx! (a satire)

Many site visitors have asked me if I have something better than Quixtar. Here it is!

Quixt-Worx is a networking opportunity where you can build your own personnel network of contract workers. Not only can you contract to people outside of your Network, but you can redirect your own buying power to those service providers within your personal Network. Imagine getting paid to go to the dentist. It is now possible with the referral contracting opportunity provided by Quixt-Worx. Want to get paid when someone does your taxes? Just add a CPA to your personal network of private contractors. Want to get paid when you build a new house? Just add a general contractor to your private contracting network. Want to earn money when you go to the doctor? Just add a physician to your network. The opportunity to get paid for professional services you already purchase today is endless.

Quixt-Worx is very easy to get started. You need no special skills. Just do what you do best right now... your current occupation. Quixt-Worx has an excellent self-improvement and training system. The system will help you set goals, improve your interpersonal skills, and teach you to be a continuous learner. These all help you to be more productive in your chosen occupation. These skills help you to move to higher levels of compensation in your chosen occupation. Your income will grow as your personal productivity and motivation improves.

When you share the opportunity with others, building their network of private contractors and helping others to achieve all they are capable of being, you will also earn higher bonuses. The real income leverage comes when you duplicate your effort by motivating others to join the plan.

The Quixt-Worx Plan Mechanics
Each participant is an ICEBO (Independent Contract Employee Business Operator). ICEBOs get points based upon their Contract Billing Rate (CBR) and the number of hours of professional Services-Time (PST) they contract out to their clients or employers. ICEBOs bill and collect their contracted time directly from their clients and employers. The contracted amount is then forwarded to the managing corporation, Altra-Con.

All bonuses are paid directly by Altra-Con, who owns this Quixt-Worx private franchising system. Of course as with any MLM, your downline's points run through your business. You get higher bonuses when you combine your points with theirs. The plan leverages people's time through duplication of effort. Altra-con has an incredible pay-out ratio of 93% to ICEBOs. Quixtar for example has a pay-out ratio of only 28%.

How the points work
For example, Brandan is a lawyer. He gets paid. $50/hour. Each hour he contracts out is at a 50PV rate. Scott is an engineer who can contract out at $30/hour. He gets 30PV for each hour contracted. Joe at Wal-Mart gets 7PV rate for each hour he contracts.

Example:
Joe works in Wal-Mart. Joe contacted Brandan. Brandan was dressed sharp and Joe was taught to "sponsor up", to improve his business's income potential.

Brandan is really excited about the plan possibilities and works his Independent Contract Law business 10 hours each week. He wants to recruit a few of his lawyer friends during breaks in Court. Joe contracts just 5 hours a week for his business by working at Wal-Mart.

Joe has 140 PV per month for his 28 hours/month from his own personal contracting at Wal-mart. An additional 2000PV comes from Brandan's business for a total of 2140 PV points per month. This puts Joe in the 15% bonus range. 2140 points grosses $963 for the month. Brandan is also in the 15% bonus range so he gets paid $900 of this. Joe nets $63 from his business, before expenses. If Joe gets wide enough he will soon make more per hour in bonuses than at his normal job. This is the value of time duplication that Quixt-Worx delivers.

Joe then recruits Scott, an engineer who was looking for tools at Wal-Mart. Scott bills 5 hours per week with his Private Contracting Business for a total of 600PV per month.

Joe's new PV is 2740 per month. The gross bonus is $1480, of which $900 is paid to Brandan and $162 is paid to Scott. Joe gets $418 from his business. By duplicating his Independent Contract Employee Business, Joe has leveraged his $7/hour wage to $21/hour by way of his own effort and hard work. By sharing this amazing opportunity with total strangers, while he was on the job, Joe has tripled his compensation for the time he dedicates to his Private Contracting Business. Joe figures in 2-5 years he will be retired from Wal-Mart. Joe hopes to be a Double or Triple Diamond and have his own Jet aircraft to fly around and share this amazing opportunity with others.

Now, others who have built the business before Joe, Brandan, and Scott get higher bonuses because they have spent the time and built their own huge private contracting organizations. They are entitled to residual income from that investment of work. Both Brandan and Joe know if they continue to work a little overtime in their current occupation possibly just 8-15 hours a month, "investing their time", and sharing the opportunity with their friends that they will one day own a phenomenal private contracting business with tremendous residual income.

Brandan's pay-out resulted in compensation of $22.50 an hour in his business compared to his normal wage of $50/hour, but this is an "investment" that will one-day pay off. If he settles for $50/hour and doesn't sacrifice now to build his private contracting business he will always have a job and not his own business. Brandan has a business-owner's mentality now and is willing to delay his gratification. Brandan has said good-bye to his job mentality. He is now an independent business owner.

When Joe started his Private Contracting Business, his 105PV per month only made him a monthly profit of $9.45. Those hours were only compensated at $0.47/hour compared to his normal wage of $7/hour. But, that was an investment in his business. If Joe were to have settled for more, it would have put Joe back in a "job mentality". He is making $21/hour now because he made the sacrifice to build his private network of independent contractors and getting others to make the same sacrifices to build their own businesses. Joe will never have to work again after he builds a huge private contracting business. Duplication is the key. Any business owner must sacrifice today so he can enjoy fruits of his labor. Delayed gratification is a principle taught over and over in the Quixt-Worx business.

The Quixt-Worx bonus plan is similar to Quixtar's except 1PV=3BV, and total bonuses are 31% of BV. Altra-Con Corp pays out 93% of all contracted revenue to ICEBOs. It uses the other 7% to administer the compensation plan.

The chart below shows the power of leveraging job income with a mirror of the Quixtar Compensation plan. You can see for all incomes from $6-$15/hour each level in the pyramid makes money than with Quixtar. The lower levels benefit more since they are pushed into high percentage brackets quicker.

Quixt-Worx Bonus Schedule:

100PV=3% of 300 BV
300PV=6% of 900 BV
600PV=9% of 1,800 BV
1000PV=12% of 3,000BV

6000PV=23% of 18,000 BV
7500PV=25% of 22,500 BV

Residual Income Bonus Schedule:

Leadership bonus 4% of BV for qualified Platinum volume

Ruby depth Bonus 1% of Qualifying Contracted Business Volume

Emerald Bonus 3/4% of Qualifying Contracted Business Volume.

Diamond Bonus 1/4% of Qualifying Contracted Business Volume.

Total Bonuses equal 31% of PV and 93% of BV

Retail Contracting rule: Each ICEBO must contract out 100 PV worth of contract services each month in order to qualify for a performance bonus. This keeps the business free of pyramiding concerns, as there are retail clients for ICEBOs services. The Retail Contracting Rule is primary reason why the FTC approves this business. The Platinum Business Owners are responsible for enforcing this rule.

(Of course this is a parody. Such a scheme would be an illegal pyramid scheme)

Site Visitor Feedback:

Dear Mr. Larsen:

I'm a former IBO for Quixtar, Inc. I read the business analysis about this company and believe me, it help me a lot, thanks for opening my eyes and make a wise decision about it. The Quixt-Worx plan caught my attention, I also read too, but I have so many questions about. First, how do I get into that? Where can I find more information on how to get started and become a (ICEBO)? How do I make my contacts? Do you have a written down flipchart that can help me to show this plan to new prospects? Do I need Internet access in order to make it as a web-based business? How do I contact the company supporting this plan?

Please I appreciate in advance all the information you can hand out to me like telephones, people I can talk to, affiliation form, everything you have on hand will do it.

Thanks again,

Magdiel

Is this a real business or an example? How do I get information on it?

Kenneth

Dear Scott,

My name is Dennis. I was looking for a good MLM model so I could join it and get myself a boost money for my own business. I was pretty impressed with the page that you wrote. I would like to ask you about Quixt-Worx plan that you developed. Can you please say to me if the plan is real and legal or this is just the way that you would like to build a business. If this is just an example than who wrote the testimonials for this plan? If this is the real thing, then can you please tell me how can we start building this scheme or we just join in on existing one already? Thank you very much for your time and concern in this matter.

Respectfully,

Dennis S.

How can I get more info on the Quixt-Worx / Altra-Con ICEBO opportunity?

Please note: my home email is kash****@comcast.net

Thanks
