When someone mentions the word Quixtar there is a common question that pops up, “Isn’t Quixtar just Amway on the web?” Unfortunately the Coporation and distributors say they are separate sister companies, but according to the State of Virginia Coporation Commission Quixtar was previously Amway USA Inc.
Quixtar also admits in a Quixtar generated document 
that "Quixtar is a successor in interest to Amway Corporation"
They changed their name to Quixtar.
