Amway Quixtar Sent Packing
angry+judge.jpg (15341 bytes)Amway was officially sent packing from the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Amway, after having their arbitration clause declared "illusory" and "unenforceable," in the Morrison v Amway case, filed a petition on 2/20/08 requesting a rehearing on the matter. That request pdf_icon.gif (914 bytes) was denied on March 6th, 2008.
