Trevor Chatham Ordered by Australian Court not to say: |
|
|
According to site visitors Australian Amway Executive Diamond Trevor Chatham
has discovered the hard way that Amway "Independent Business Owners" are no
really so "independent". Apparently Amway was not happy with Trevor's private life behaviour and Amway chose not to renew his "Independent Business". Trevor then switched to another MLM, Omegatrend after his termination. Amway has taken Trevor to court it seems to keep restrain him from contacting his old
group and in one - The chances of a person making substantial income from an Amway business are very remote - A substantial income from an Amway business, even if achieved, is unlikely to be able to be maintained - Amway acts capriciously to deprive business owners of their businesses or incomes |

Apparently Chatham is involved in another mlm (omegatrend) however my
information is that he has not approached other organizations or poached people downline
in his organization, however, Amway isn't happy about things as you can imagine and has
refused to pay him his bonuses this year or to accept his application to renew. As a
result, he sent a letter to Amway advising them that he would take them to court and many
truths about the business would be exposed. Truths that Amway would not want made
public. (The case I have, Amway is the plaintiff, not Chatham) He copied this letter to some of the Australian diamonds in order to generate pressure on Amway to at least let him stay in and collect his bonuses while products continued to flow. I believe some of the allegations Trevor will put before the Court are that Amway senior legal council committed perjury in arbitration hearings concerning Trevors business and hence Amway seeking the Court order to prevent him from doing so. |
